As a Junior Associate at Lex Economicus Advisory, he supports the Principal Partner through legal research, opinion drafting, commercial litigation assistance and regulatory analysis in competition and trade law matters. He has contributed to the incorporation and governance structuring of companies limited by shares, guarantee entities and nonprofit foundations, including fintech and educational institutions.
His previous roles across legal practices in Abuja, Delta and Enugu include research, contract review, case management and compliance support. Recognized as a notable leader during his time at the Nigerian Law School, he organized academic programs and coordinated student learning initiatives. Stephen brings a disciplined, analytical and solutions-driven approach to delivering effective legal advisory within the African business environment.
